Terms of Use

These terms explain the educational purpose of Property Law Fall Study Aide and the conditions for using its content.

  • Effective: September 6, 2026
  • Publisher: America Juris Publishing

Acceptance

By using Property Law Fall Study Aide, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational purpose; not legal advice

The app provides educational and informational material only. It is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, your professor, your school’s academic policies, or the rules and law of the relevant jurisdiction.

Property law varies by jurisdiction and changes over time. You are responsible for checking current primary authority, local statutes, and course-specific requirements.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee a particular grade, course outcome, bar-exam result, licensure decision, or professional outcome. Blackacre scores, quizzes, and flashcards are study tools and are not official examination materials.

Permitted use

Subject to these terms, you may use the app for personal, noncommercial study. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a competing product from the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits.

Intellectual property

The app’s original text, presentation, organization, and branding are owned by or licensed to America Juris Publishing. Names and marks belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners. The app is not sponsored by or affiliated with Google, Google Play, any bar examiner, court, law school, government agency, or property-recording authority.

Advertising and external services

The Android app may display Google AdMob advertising. Ads and linked third-party products or services are supplied by their respective providers and do not constitute an endorsement by America Juris Publishing. Your interaction with an advertiser or external service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Appropriate use

You may not use the app unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, remove ownership notices, or misrepresent its material as professional legal advice. Hypotheticals are simplified educational examples and must not be treated as advice about an actual dispute or transaction.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every statement is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular course or jurisdiction. We may correct, update, or discontinue content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, America Juris Publishing and Three Pillars Publishing Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@thelawschoolofamerica.com.
