App Support
Get help with Blackacre gameplay, saved case progress, chapter navigation, quizzes, flashcards, accessibility, advertising, privacy choices, or another technical issue.
Contact
Describe the issue, the chapter involved, and what happened. Do not send confidential legal information, passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records.
Email support@thelawschoolofamerica.comA chapter does not open
Return to Course Home and choose the chapter again. If the problem continues, close and reopen the app and include the chapter number in your support email.
Blackacre will not advance or resume
Select one argument, review the ruling, then choose Continue the investigation. An unfinished case and your best result are saved only on the device. Clearing the app’s storage removes them; no game state is uploaded or saved to an account.
A quiz will not advance
Select one answer before choosing Next. To restart after completion, choose Retake Quiz. Quiz state is not uploaded or saved to an account.
A flashcard will not flip
Tap the card once. If touch interaction is unavailable, use keyboard focus and press Enter or Space where supported by your device configuration.
Accessibility feedback
Please report any difficulty with text size, contrast, focus order, screen-reader labels, or touch controls. Include your Android version and device model when possible.
Advertising or privacy choices
Open Privacy Options from the Android app menu when that entry is available. If the control is missing when expected or an ad covers study navigation, contact support and include your country and device type.
Offline use
The bundled Blackacre game, lessons, quizzes, and flashcards should remain available without a connection. Ads and consent updates require network access and may be unavailable offline without preventing study.
