Privacy Policy
Property Law Fall Study Aide does not require an account. Its study tools run locally, while its Android advertising is supplied by Google AdMob.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Property Law Fall Study Aide Android application and its bundled HTML, CSS, and JavaScript course content. The app is published by America Juris Publishing, a division of Three Pillars Publishing Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Information and local study activity
We do not require an America Juris Publishing account, and the course does not ask you to submit a name, postal address, payment information, academic record, or legal matter. Searches, game choices and scores, quiz selections, and flashcard interactions are processed locally on your device and are not submitted to America Juris Publishing.
The advertising and consent services described below collect or receive information automatically. Depending on the device, region, consent choice, SDK configuration, and ad shown, this may include an IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, app launches and interactions, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID.
Google AdMob and consent
The Android app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to supply and measure advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy choices. Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, and that this information is encrypted in transit.
The app should request updated consent information when it starts, show a consent form when required, and provide a Privacy Options entry point whenever UMP indicates that one is required. Ad requests must not begin until UMP reports that ads may be requested. Personalization and identifier availability depend on your location, consent choice, device settings, and Google’s controls.

Storage, cookies, and device permissions
Blackacre uses device-local Web Storage to keep an unfinished case and the best completed result so play can resume on the same device. This data consists only of selected game choices, scores, unlocked evidence, hints, and progress; it is not uploaded to America Juris Publishing. Quiz scores and flashcard state remain temporary and reset when the page or app is restarted. Clearing the app’s storage removes saved game progress. The course WebView is designed to reject cookies, untrusted web content, file access, and JavaScript-to-native interfaces.
The Android wrapper needs internet and network-state access to request consent information and display and measure ads. Its educational features do not require sensitive permissions such as precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone, SMS, health, financial, or broad file access. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may declare advertising-ID access; users can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings, and limited-ad behavior may apply.
Purposes, providers, and retention
Advertising information may be processed to provide contextual or personalized ads where permitted, measure ad performance, provide analytics, maintain security, and detect fraud and abuse. Google and any advertising partners included in the final Android build process information under their own privacy policies and retention practices.
America Juris Publishing does not maintain a user-account database for this course and does not retain the local study activity described above. We cannot control or delete information retained independently by Google or another advertising provider; requests concerning that information should be directed to the applicable provider.
Children’s privacy
The app is intended for adults age 18 and older, including law students and bar-exam candidates. It is not directed to children, and the publisher does not knowingly seek personal information from children. The Play Store target-audience declaration and store presentation should remain consistent with this adult audience.
Security and external links
The app is designed to load only trusted bundled course files over Android’s HTTPS-style local asset loader. External HTTPS, email, privacy, support, and advertising destinations open outside the course WebView. No security measure is absolute, but the app is designed to avoid unnecessary permissions and unsafe WebView features.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy if the app’s features, SDKs, permissions, data practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. The public policy, in-app policy, Google Play Data safety answers, and final Android build should be updated together before release.
